I accidentally shorted 3v3 and 5v on my Rpi 3B+ and determined that PMIC might be damaged and replaced it. After replacement it worked just fine for a week or so, but one day it didn't boot and green LED said "power failure type b"(4 long 7 short).
I've already read topics about difference in registers between original rpi chip and publicly available ones, but in all of them the board did not work at all. So it looks like this a different situation now + all these topics are pretty old. Has anyone been able to make any progress on this issue? Sorry for my bad english.
