General • FreeRTOS Pico VSCode Extension Template

I really like the Visual Studio Code Raspberry Pi Pico extension and how simple it is to switch microcontrollers, SDKs, etc... I had trouble getting the samples working together with FreeRTOS and dug into it a bit. Once I figured out how to get a minimal sample working I decided to turn it into a template.
