Looks like CM5 availability is still scarce with just the 32gb eMMC (max) and 2GB RAM (max) available right now (besides dev kit which is one off - I am looking for bulk purchase). from the past launches, can someone tell when the models with more RAM and eMMC will become available? I cant ship my product without at least 6GB eMMC and 4 GB RAM. How much a wait will it be? February, March, longer?
