General discussion • Alternate power source-100W USB-C connection

I have an Ecoflow solar generator and it has a USB-C power out connection. The outlet is rated at 100W.

I'm wondering if I could plug my Raspberry Pi 5 directly into this outlet, or if it would be too powerful and would fry my board.

Any thoughts?
