Raspberry Pi OS • How do I make Thunar the default file manager?

Good day to all. On my raspberry pi 4, I use the RPiOS Bookworm operating system. The LXDE desktop environment. I have a problem installing Thunar as the default file manager. I can't find the default application installation editing settings anywhere.
In this regard, I have a question for the respected community, how to make Thunar the default file manager? In particular, I am interested in how to open folders on the desktop in the Thunar file manager. Although I assign Thunar in the startup properties, the standard little-configurable file manager is still launched.
I'm asking for help with this possibly primitive question.
