Graphics, sound and multimedia • 4 cameras with simultaneous video recording

I am new to this area, but I would like to build a video recording system with four cameras simultaneously recording the video. A few thoughts here:

• - The four cameras are preferred to be HD/4K cameras that capture high quality image/video.
  
  - Out of these four cameras, two should be telephoto camera or at least something that can acquire high image and video quality from about 90 meters/100 yards away.
  
  - Right now I only need to save the video file from the four cameras, no further process is needed. I figure I can always to further processing offline.

I have a Raspberry Pi 5 but it only has two camera channels. I also used Raspberry Pi 4 combined with Arducam multi camera adaptor v2.2 which has 4 channel, but that does not seem support simultaneous four channel recording.

I would love someone threw some key works how to build such as system, like what camera board should I get; What camera should I get, or what lens should I get. Any information is highly appreciated.
