Beginners • RaspBerry PI 5 only worked normal for 1 minute

Hi all,

I am a beginner, I bought the raspberry Pi 5-the starter kit. And I was waiting for 5 days to have it!
finally, got it today!! but now I need some advice!!
I unbox it, and put the heater sink,
then I connected the power supply, initially I was using the cable (usb-c) that comes from my laptop dock. (as this is also connected to the monitor)
so didn't connect to the monitor directly.

as soon as the Raspberry was powered up, the fan started working, then there were some green flashing and then red flashing,

I disconnected from power, then connected back using now the official USB-c cable,
and it just keep flashing, 3 green long flashing and 1 green short flashing and then again.

I connected to the monitor through the HDMI, and it doesn't send anything to the monitor.

I inserted the SD card and the same behaviour, removed the SD card and the same: 3 green long flashing and 1 green short flashing and then again. nothing comes to the monitor.

I tried to use the USB to start all from scratch and the USB is not recognised in any of my 2 laptops.

have someone experience this ?

I bought this from : iRaspTEK because wanted to have the beginners kit and avoid troubleshooting,

really much appreciate any advice on this matter ,
