Troubleshooting • Problems with M2 SSD

Hey guys, I've just tried over 4 hours to solve my problem at own, but I'm to dumb to understand what's going on.

My stuff:
Geekworm X1001 PCIe to M.2 NVMe Key-M SSD Shield for Raspberry Pi 5

Geekworm Raspberry Pi 5 Charger 27W 5V 5A USB C, PD 27W Power Adapter

WD_BLACK SN850X NVMe SSD 2 TB

Using a Raspberry Pi5 8GB with 128 GB Card -> installing Raspberry OS on it

1 Step -> updating raspberry
2 step -> sudo nano /boot/firmware/config.txt
Typing one line under all
->dtparam=nvme
->dtparam=pciex1_gen2 (doesn't matter if gen2 or gen3?)
-> Safe CTRL + O...
-> reboot
-> lsblk checking if Card + ssd on m2 shield identified... first time it works well.
3. Step -> sudo rpi-eeprom-config --eedit
->BOOTPORDER=0xf416
->PCIE_PROBE=1
->save
->reboot
4. Step -> accessories -> SD Card copier -> choosing Card with OS to copy to SSD. (only first time it worked, all other trys, they don't find any devices)
After that, shutdown Raspberry
-> remove Card
Normally, they should boot from the SSD, but not mine.
In all other cases, when I repeat every step, the Raspberry Pi cannot find my SSD in my M.2 SSD shield.
I already tried these steps with my SSD adapter to USB, and everything worked. However, after I inserted the SSD into the M.2 HAT, the Raspberry Pi still did not detect the SSD.
I'm wondering why it initially identified my SSD with the M.2 shield but then stopped after multiple attempts.
The Raspberry Pi error displayed on the screen is: "error in mount_flash: mount_common not mount UUID=2504-0815."

I hope you can help me.
